Mid 20th century Morris of Glasgow walnut sideboard 

A beautiful mid-century cabinet from leading producers Morris of Glasgow. The sideboard is in excellent original condition with lovely walnut veneers and a super quartered veneer design to the cupboard frontal. The handles were originally gilt but have worn through to the steel colour below through use and are ‘D’ shaped for drawer fronts and trumpet shaped on the cupboard and cutlery drawer which has a blue baize lining and adjustable dividers. The cabinet ‘floats’ on an under frame support to give classic mid-century look and style element. There is a gold incomplete manufactures label inside the cupboard door.
