G-Plan
A British furniture brand, originally designed by E Gomme Ltd, a family firm, became one of leading brands of the mid 20th century using early designs by Donald Gomme, and later introducing other designers such Ib Kofod Laresen who introduced the Danish modern range. G-Plans early marketing meant that iconic pieces are still sought after such as ‘The sixty-two’ swivel chair marketed as ‘the world’s most comfortable chair’, the Fresco range and one of their earlier ranges Brandon, with its’ clean austere lines.
