A 1950s Vanson double layered sewing/craft box

An unusual, practical and stylish mid-century craft/sewing cabinet from leading makers Vanson. The cabinet has a stepped shelf to put a basket, boxes or tools on whilst working, and has a lid which raises to reveal storage with a sliding dividing tray for buttons/beads threads etc. But could be used for storage next to a sofa for TV remotes and magazines or books. equally could be used next to a bed.

Has been restored and refinished.

In good vintage condition, with marks as to be expected with an item of this age.
